Using Print Studio
This website provides document templates, paper generators and explanatory information. Core functionality is free to use without an account, and no tool on the site requires one. You are responsible for checking that a result fits your own task. Nothing here is an estimate of anything commercial: the site does not quote prices, does not arrange services and does not act as an intermediary between you and anyone else.
Do not use the service to submit unlawful content, disrupt other users, bypass rate limits or access an account that is not yours. Automated high-volume use is not supported by the public interface.
Accounts and recovery
Choose a unique username and a password of at least twelve characters. Keep your password and recovery key private. The recovery key permits a password reset and is replaced after use. There is no email reset service. Signing out ends all sessions for the account, and account deletion removes saved projects.
Saving settings is optional and limited to one hundred projects per account. A saved project holds the tool address and the settings you chose — a paper size, a frame count, a spacing — never the contents of a document and never a file you loaded into a tool. Do not save secrets, payment information or personal records as project names or tool inputs. Keep your own copy of any output that matters to you: a draft held in a browser can be cleared, and nothing on this site is an archive.
Document templates and printed output
Fill-in templates generate a page layout for you to print or save as a PDF through your browser. They do not produce, send, file or record a business document. An invoice or quote printed from this site is your document, not the site’s, and the accounting, numbering discipline and tax treatment of it are entirely your responsibility.
Nothing on this site is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Where a template includes a tax line or a payment-terms paragraph, it is a layout with a calculator attached: it multiplies the figures you enter and prints what you typed. It does not know your jurisdiction, it does not decide whether a particular supply is taxable, and it does not know which fields your local rules require. Check the requirements that apply to you with your own adviser before using any output as a business record.
Paper output depends on browser scaling, printer margins, colour settings and paper stock. The tools do not certify identity photographs, official documents or compliance with any filing format.
Generated artwork and paper
Geometric designs generated on this site are drawn from primitives by the page itself. They contain no licensed characters, no traced photographs and no third-party stock artwork, and they may be used for personal and classroom purposes. They are not offered as clip art for merchandise or resale, and no claim is made about their suitability for any commercial use. Files you load into a tool remain subject to their own rights, and loading a file does not transfer anything.
Changes and feedback
Tools and limits can change as the service is maintained. Material changes to data handling will be reflected in the privacy policy. Use the contact form to report a defect or a correction, with enough detail to reproduce it. No response time or uptime guarantee is offered by this free service.
