What this website stores

Print Studio is part of the Sitefarm tool collection. Every tool is available without registration. If you create an account, the shared account service stores your username, a salted password hash, a hash of your recovery key and your creation time. It does not collect an email address, and passwords and recovery keys are not stored in plaintext.

Login sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies with a seven-day lifetime. A short-lived cookie verifies cross-site sign-in. Cookies are scoped to each website; a one-time sign-in flow connects the sites to the same account. Signing out invalidates all sessions for the account across the collection. Expired session records are removed during routine request cleanup.

What never leaves your browser

This is the part of the policy that matters most on this site, so it is stated concretely.

What you doWhere it goes
Type into a resume, invoice, letter or other templateStays in the browser tab. A draft may be written to this browser’s own local storage so a refresh does not lose your work
Press Clear all data on a templateRemoves the visible content and deletes that local draft
Load a PDF into the structure readerRead into memory and discarded when you leave the page
Select photographs for a sheet layoutDecoded in the tab to draw the preview; never stored, never transmitted
Paste a word list for flashcardsUsed in the tab to lay out the cards; a draft may be kept in local storage

The tools that make a local-only claim make no network requests at all. The PDF structure reader counts its own requests and displays the number, so the claim can be verified in the browser rather than taken on trust.

Saved projects

Saving a project is optional and holds only the tool address and the settings you chose — a paper size, a frame count, a spacing, a colour. Saved records never contain the text of a document, and never contain a file you loaded into a tool. They remain until you delete them or delete the account.

Feedback and infrastructure

The feedback form stores the site, category, message and submission time for the operator. Do not include passwords, recovery keys, personal documents or payment data in a message. Feedback records are eligible for deletion after 90 days during routine cleanup. The form does not collect contact details and does not promise a reply.

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network request metadata to serve it. Rate limiting uses short-lived hashed keys derived from a request address or account identifier. Infrastructure logs may be subject to the hosting provider’s retention policy. This application does not currently enable advertising or analytics scripts; an advertising integration would require this policy to be updated before it is activated, and the tools themselves would remain local-only.

Your choices

You can use every tool without an account. Where a template keeps a local draft, the clear control on the page removes it, and clearing your browser’s site data removes all of it. Saved projects can be removed individually, and the account page deletes the account together with its sessions and saved projects after confirming your password. Submitted feedback is separate, so keep its reference number if you later want to request its removal through the contact form.

The service has no email recovery channel. Store the recovery key shown at registration privately; losing both your password and key means this self-service flow cannot restore access. See the terms for the limits of the tools and of the documents they produce.
